Ashkan Davary D.D.S, M.D.

Dr Ashkan Davary was raised in California and attended the University of California Irvine, where he studied Biomedical Engineering. During his undergraduate education he began doing research in dental tissue engineering. This was his first exposure to the dental profession. Doing research within a dental lab he began to spend time interacting with dentists and learning about dentistry. From there he developed a passion for the dental profession and for treating patients. Dr Davary graduated Magna cum Laude with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and went on to attend Columbia College of Dental Medicine.

Dr Davary graduated from Columbia College of Dental Medicine and completed his M.D and Oral & Maxillofacial residency at New York University. He has active memberships in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and Virginia Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr Davary specializes in dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, dental extractions, full arch implant rehabilitation, and intravenous anesthesia.

For Dr. Davary it is a privilege to provide high quality care to his patients. He communicates with his patients to address there needs and to provide patient centered care. His goal is to make the surgical experience as comfortable as possible.

Dr Davary is married to his lovely wife, who is a surgical breast oncologist. They love spending time with their two children. He is passionate about sports, food, and travel. He particularly enjoys traveling abroad with his wife and children.
