My 93 year old dad had 2 wisdom teeth removed yesterday. There was excellent communication with Dr. Delgado's office from start to finish, from the front desk staff to the clinical area. Dr. Delgado's assistant, Jennifer, did a fantastic job explaining follow up care for my dad. (He's doing great today!) More

The dental assistant was kind and understanding. Dr. Delgado explained everything he was doing throughout the procedure, which helped me feel much calmer. He was very careful and skilled during the surgery. The post-operative instructions and dietary guidelines were clearly explained, and the handouts were clear and concise. Dr. Delgado and his very qualified professional staff have been extracting various unsalvageable teeth, of mine, for 15+ years, flawlessly. They specialize in extractions and preparing for implants though do not do crowns. Though some dentists can do extractions, I always go to Dr. Delgado to do mine, why go somewhere other than a specialst who does performs extractions and prepares for implants all day long ? If I am not mistakened, he taught (or teaches) at Georgetown or George Washington's school of dentistry. He also, I believe, was a kicker for the Washington Redskins a long time ago. More

Everything is good except for one thing. The front desk lady ( not sure if she is the same person with the one who booked me in) said I confirmed sleep instead of local anesthesia. Actually,I confirmed local anesthesia instead of sleep. So I don't who made a mistake. More

The operation was quick and had no complications. The doctors were descriptive in their explanation of the procedure and answer all questions I had for them. They performed the surgery quickly and I felt as comfortable as I possibly could getting the anesthesia administered and my wisdom teeth removed from my top and bottom left side. The instructions for aftercare provided are most helpful and descriptive as well and the prescription for pain killers went through to my pharmacy with no trouble and the medication prescribed has worked perfectly. A doctor's note excusing my absence from work was provided upon my request for it and everything seems to be relatively normal now. I highly recommend this office and it's staff for anyone in need of Oral Surgery within the Tyson's Corner/Vienna/McLean area. More

Tooth extraction. Went very smoothly from beginning to end. Dr Delgado told me each step he was going to take, so I knew what to expect. Discharge instructions were very clear. I was given extra gauze pads for bleeding, but there was almost none. Receptionist contacted my HMO to order post procedure medications, which were ready for pickup by the time I got to the pharmacy a half hour later. When anesthesia wore off, only moderate pain, and hydrocodone reduced it to practically nothing. And they played classical music over the sound system! 👍 More

Had to have 3 teeth pulled in preparation for dental implants and visited Dr. Delgado's office. Kira, the office manager, is an absolute delight and squeezed me into their tight schedule. Kayla, at the front desk, was so very helpful and took care of all my paperwork. Honestly, I was a bit nervous about having 3 teeth pulled but Dr. Delgado and the staff took the time to explain the procedure to me. Dr. Delgado has a great chairside manner and talked to me during the entire procedure which really put me at ease. There aren't enough stars to give this practice. I traveled 4,000 miles to have my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Delgado. The procedure was not only completely painless but also very quick. He then masterfully applied a local anesthesia and in less than 15 minutes he removed the tooth. He said I would feel some pressure which I did but there was no pain. He was very reassuring that the procedure would go well, and it did. His assistant Sue Lynn then lovingly explained the post-surgery do's and don'ts and also gave me written instructions to take home. The front office staff was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Delgado to anyone who needs oral surgery performed. More

First things first: This is an amazing office, with perfect professionals--from start to finish As I prepared for my visit this morning, I was convinced that I needed anesthesia for the extraction. After consuIting with Dr. Kuzmik's staff-- I decided to go without--and I am so glad I did. He made it virtually painless! We (my family) have had several visits to this office--with both doctors--and we all highly recommend them--the front-office folks (Kayla and Melissa) were welcoming, and wonderful. Dr Kuzmik made it a very comfortable experience throughout the whole procedure. He explained the entire process step by step while removing my 4 wisdoms. He also reached out later throughout the day for a check up. His assistant was also very sweet and lovely while explaining the postoperative instructions. Entire procedure took about 30 minutes. Pain was around 4/10 mostly from the anesthesia shots. The actual tooth removal was painless, i more so felt pressure. I recommend this place to anybody, 10/10 :) More

They kept notes when I made the appt and didnt have to repeat when i was there for the appt. They ask for only the info they need, Minimal paperwork (only whats necessary). Nobody gave any bs sales speech. Excellent professionalism: x-ray and tooth extraction were done on the same day. The entire process took maybe 45mins but the actual surgery took less than 5mins. That's how expert Dr. Kuzmik is! Felt a little bit of pressure during the surgery and coudn't tell when the tooth was out. No pain during the procedures. The doctor and staff provided details before, during and after the surgery, and care instructions at home. The doctor even called to check on me at night how im doing and if i needed any assistance. I was referred to Dr. Delgado for wisdom teeth extraction. I still had all 4 of them but # (1) had become problematic. I have had quite a bit of dental work done but this extraction was just about pain free. No swelling and very little blood. He took the time to explain the procedure and answer all questions.
